Our VIP processors are compensated base on the VIP consignor sales, because of this and the large volume of applications being received, this program is reserved for those who have items in great condition.
Unacceptable items: I understand that if I provide my processor with items that Rhea Lana's does not accept, the items will not be returned to me. I understand they will be immediately donated.
Items must be delivered neatly in clearly labeled containers that will not be returned to the consignor. Boxes, bags and totes are all acceptable as long as you understand that you will note get them back.
Infant clothing: (We will price competitively it's abundant!) We limit each consignor 100 hangers per gender (newborn to 12 months). Your VIP processor will bundle and choose the best 100 items from each group, so please don't send items with stains/holes. If you send more than 100 items per gender, you will be charged another consignor code/fee.
Clothing: Items will be neatly organized by size and gender.
Junior sizes in current teen styles and brands. (Seasonally appropriate) There is a limit of 30 junior items per consignor number. Please, do not send adult clothing. We will not be able to enter it and it will be donated.
Maternity clothing must be in style and great condition, spring/summer for the spring sale & fall/ winter for the fall sale. Each consignor code is allowed 15-20 items.
Shoes in excellent or gently used condition.
Don't forget your toys, books and baby gear. These are top sellers and will add to YOUR check!
EVERY CONSIGNOR will be charged a $20 ($12 consignor fee, $8 supply fee) consignor fee (per 300 items). No need to pay upfront, it will be taken out of your check. Batteries: I understand that any items requiring batteries will contain working batteries. If not, the VIP processor will replace them at the cost of $1 per battery (charged to my VIP account). If the items is not worth the cost of new batteries, the item will be donated. I will earn 35% of the purchase price. VIP consignors will be charged a $5 trip charge for every additional trip our processors have to make to your home, should you find more goodies to sell after they've already picked up!
You will receive the passes via email or you can show your consignor inventory list at the door.
Whatever containers you choose to deliver your items to the VIP Processor in will NOT be returned. Please use boxes or bags to deliver your items.
The Consignor check will be emailed to you directly before item pick up.
You must pick up any unsold items (if they are not marked for donation) during Consignor Pick Up times immediately following the event.
The VIP Processor will NOT be responsible for returning unsold items. If you do not pick up unsold items during the designated pick-up times, items will be donated promptly at the end of the last pick-up time on that day.
All clothing must be seasonally appropriate, less than 2-3 years old, and freshly washed (please make sure clothing is free of pet hair as well). No stains holes or excessive wear.
Fall/Back to School sale: We will accept pants, long sleeves, sweaters, heavy/puffy coats and jackets, hoodies, ski pants/gear, snow boots, flannel, fleece, plaid applique, corduroy, turtlenecks, gloves, winter hats, scarves and accessories, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Valentine's themed clothing, Halloween Costumes, school age appropriate shorts and short sleeve shirts, sleds.
We will also accept name-brand sandals such as Keen, Birkenstocks and Chacos.
Spring/Summer sale: We will accept tank tops, swim suits, late winter long sleeves (without winter themes), jean, pants, flip flops, sandals, white dress shoes, water toys, Easter or 4th of July themed clothing.
If you have outfits, please fold them together so your VIP Processor will know what goes together. Any items that require batteries to work must have working batteries and items must have all parts. PLEASE UNDERSTAND: If you provide items that do not meet the Rhea Lanas standards (clothing with stains, holes excessive wear, dirty shoes, out-of-season items, items that do not work, or items we do not accept) your VIP processor will immediately donate them and they will NOT be returned to you. No exceptions! Processors simply do not have the storage space or the capacity to return things to you.
Recalled items
Any battery-operated toys, swings or bouncers, etc. that do not function.
VHS Tapes
Used Underwear
Stuffed animals (unless they are Build-a-Bear or Talking /Animated Animals)
Any items that are stained, torn or overly worn
Items with missing buttons, broken zippers or lost parts
Bags of loose toys unless theme oriented (i.e. bags of all army toys, Barbie toys, all cars and trucks, etc.)
Breast pumps
Used bottle nipples/used pacifiers
Bedding (This includes sheets larger than twin size, all comforters and crib bumpers)
Car seats are great sellers! We will gladly accept them as long as they have not been involved in an accident or have 1 year of use left from March 2024 (Manufacture date August 2020 or later). We will have a waiver that you will need to complete. Car seats must be CLEAN! If a seat has food, dirt, etc, we will not accept it.
You have the option to split your items between VIP Consigning and Standard Consigning! If you want the big items out now like baby gear and furniture, but want to prep clothes and shoes yourself - you can! Or maybe you need the closet space now but aren't quite ready to part with the toys. No problem! VIP Consigning is a great solution!
